Visiting Our Store
Bookings are not required. However, during busy periods we appreciate your patience as you may have to wait for a fitting room and a consultant to be available. We look forward to helping you and being a part of your special day.
Your dress will take approximately 10-16 weeks to be made and delivered in to store. If you require your dress sooner most designers do offer a rush service for an additional fee. With a $30 rush fee our Ellie Hope range can be made and delivered in to store in as little as 4 weeks.
Please do not assume that your normal dress size will be the same size you will need to purchase for your bridesmaid dress. Each designer has a unique size chart specific to their designs. You must order your dress according to the designers’ size chart. This may not be the size you would usually purchase. Please note these dresses are not made to measure therefore in most cases you will require alterations to achieve a perfect fit. (See Alterations below).
Alterations are usually required on most dresses to achieve a perfect fit. Alterations are at an additional cost. We have a professional alteration service on site or we recommend you visit your local qualified seamstress.
Your dress will be packaged in a quality dress cover. Your dress is made of delicate fabric and needs to be handled with care to avoid damage. That is why we provide you with a quality dress cover unlike many dress stores who only cover your dress with a thin plastic bag.
Appointments are required to collect your dresses. Once your dresses arrive in store we request that you book an appointment and organise to collect them within 4 weeks of being notified.
Alternatively we can ship your order to one address for you. Fees may apply.
The Fine Print
By placing an order with Exclusively Bridesmaids you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to the Terms & Conditions as set out below.
Terms and Conditions
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Due to the special nature of our dresses, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. Likewise, our suppliers are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed. Please make sure you have selected the correct style, size, color and any other options required before you proceed with your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Suppliers provide estimated delivery time frames. These time frames are estimates only and are subject to change according to the suppliers production schedule. Suppliers reserve the right to change their delivery time frames at their discretion and without advance notice.
Estimated delivery time frames vary between suppliers. If your event date is close to the estimated delivery time frame please contact Exclusively Bridesmaids before proceeding with your order.
A minimum 50% deposit is due at the time of placing your order with the balance being payable at the time of collection or before it is shipped out to you. If paying online using Pay Pal the full amount must be paid at the time of placing the order. Alternatively you can pay in store by cash, or in store and over the phone by Master Card or Visa. All prices are in Australian dollars and gst is included in the price.
Cancellation or Changes
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once part or full payment has been made. Due to the special nature of our dresses, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances.
When ordering on line you will be emailed an automated order confirmation. A customer service representative will review your order before it is placed with the suppliers. If there are any issues you will be contacted by email or phone. Once the order is placed with our suppliers a more accurate ship date will be received, you will be provided with this and any other relevant information by mail within approximately 3 weeks of placing your order.

Selecting a Size
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order extra or custom length. Exclusively Bridesmaids cannot assume any responsibility for the size selected by the customer. We may offer advice but the final decision is yours. Please keep in mind that you can almost always take a dress in to make it fit better but it is very rare that you can let a dress out if it’s too small.
Dye Lot Variation
Please note that fabric colours may vary a shade or so from the swatch or sample garment that you have seen in store. In no way is this a fault with your garment, it is due to the fabric dying process. It is virtually impossible for fabric manufactures to achieve a 100% colour consistency between different fabric runs and dye lots. By placing an order you accept that there may be a slight dye lot variation.
